Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why
When you book a session we receive the name, email and phone number you provide, used solely to deliver and administer coaching (scheduling, confirmations, invoicing).
Booking a session
When you book an intro session, we store your name, email, any message you add and the time you choose. We use this information to schedule and hold the session. The booking is handled by our own booking system on the website's own infrastructure, and the appointment itself is created in Cindy's Google Calendar. Cancelled bookings are deleted automatically after 12 months, while the calendar appointments for sessions that took place remain in the calendar. If you would like a booking deleted sooner, email coach@cindy.dk.
What we never do
We never sell your data, and we never share the content of coaching conversations. Everything discussed in a session is treated as strictly confidential.
How long we keep it
Contact and invoicing data is kept as long as required by Danish bookkeeping law (5 years); other data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency).
