Who is responsible for your data
Cindy Legarth / Next Level Awaits, Aarhus, Denmark, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in connection with coaching. Questions? Call +45 5353 7735 or email coach@cindy.dk.
What we collect and why
When you book a session we receive the name, email and phone number you provide, used solely to deliver and administer coaching (scheduling, confirmations, invoicing). Booking is handled by our scheduling provider; their processing is governed by their own privacy terms.
What we never do
We never sell your data, and we never share the content of coaching conversations. Everything discussed in a session is treated as strictly confidential.
How long we keep it
Contact and invoicing data is kept as long as required by Danish bookkeeping law (5 years); other data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency).
